Crisis relief
We have available an Emergency Food Services Card which provides a quick, simple database of local organisations that offer emergency services such as food hampers, discount vouchers and free meals. These services can be accessed by anyone in need and include contact numbers, addresses and referral information.

Mental health and wellbeing
The COVID-19 pandemic is probably the most sustained and serious stress that many of us will face in our lifetimes. Remember that you are not alone.
It is important that we take steps to take care of our mental health and wellbeing – having a plan and creating structure in our lives makes a big difference, particularly during lockdown.

Access and inclusion during COVID-19
A range of information, referrals and resources is available for people living with disability and their carers about coronavirus (COVID-19).
Helpful information, support for your situation and how to help others during The COVID-19 situation is available from Disability Gateway. The Disability Gateway is a free service available Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm (AEST), excluding national public holidays.

Although we’re being asked to stay close to home at the moment, you don’t have to go far to be of help to others. Helping out in your community could be as simple as putting a note in an elderly neighbour’s letterbox to ask if they’d like you to pick up their groceries or medical supplies, mowing the lawn or helping in the garden or having a friendly chat over the fence or over the phone.
