All development applications, modification applications and review applications must be exhibited in accordance with Chapter 1.2 Notification of Development Proposals of Central Coast Councils Development Control Plan 2022. Notification can take a number of forms:
- Individual letters to local residents.
- An on-site notice, usually associated with Designated Development. This type of exhibition means that the application is on public exhibition.
- An ad in the local newspaper and/or Councils website. This type of exhibition means that the application is on public exhibition.
